Bring accounts into the native agenda
- Open Settings → Accounts → Add Google Account. Sign in to the Google account you want to add and grant the permissions you need.
- Repeat for each account. Check the account email on Google’s sign-in screen so you do not reconnect the same account by mistake.
- In Settings → Calendar, choose the calendars to include from each account. Choose task lists separately in Settings → Tasks.
The selected events can appear together in the native agenda. This does not combine your Google accounts into one account or merge their calendars in the main window.
Show calendars together in the main window
To see another Google account’s calendar while signed in to your primary account, share that calendar with your primary account.
- In Google Calendar, sign in to the account that owns the calendar. Open its settings and choose the calendar you want to share.
- Find the sharing section and add your primary account’s email. Choose view access, or editing access if you want that account to make changes.
- Accept the invitation using your primary account, then select the shared calendar in its Google Calendar sidebar.
Work or school account policies may limit sharing. Google’s calendar-sharing instructions explain the current options.
If an account’s events are missing
Check the connected accounts and selected calendars first. Signing in to an account inside the main window does not automatically connect it to the native agenda. An active Focus filter can also narrow the menu-bar results. See the missing-calendar checklist.
