Requires Premium. [Feature availability](https://soriian.com/help/premium-features/).

## Reconnect the same account

1. Open **Settings → Accounts** and find the Google account that needs attention.
2. Choose **Reconnect**. Complete Google’s authorization in the browser using the same email address as the account you selected.
3. Return to GCal and check the connection status. Then open **Settings → Calendar** or **Tasks** to check your lists.

A reconnect preserves the existing account record and associated selections. There is usually no need to remove the account first.

## Grant a missing permission

If the account is connected but Calendar or Tasks permission was not granted, choose **Grant Permissions** in Accounts settings. Review Google’s permission screen and enable the access needed for the feature you want.

An empty calendar or task list does not automatically mean permission was denied. Check the permission message before reconnecting.

## If sign-in succeeds but data does not load

- Read any warning in Accounts settings and use Try Again for a temporary service or network failure.
- If Google reports an organization restriction, contact the account administrator.
- If GCal asks you to open System Settings for background access, follow the displayed recovery instruction so its calendar service can run.
- The Google Calendar window has its own sign-in session. Reconnecting the native agenda does not sign you in or out of that window.
